PELVIC FLOOR
This form of physical therapy can support pelvic pain with or without sex, urinary leakage, childbirth prep, postpartum return to exercise/daily life needs, or improve athletic performance, etc.
Now In-Network with BCBS of IL for PT! We still operate under cash-based services for any patients not under BCBS IL
Out-of Network patients have the option to submit superbills for possible reimbursement or utilize FSA/HSA cards
